Do I need a credit card?
No. The department trial does not ask for a card.
Can I use Gmail or Yahoo?
No. Setup requires an official department or municipal work email. Personal and disposable email providers are not eligible.
Why is there one trial per domain?
The verified organization domain identifies the department and protects the trial from duplicate or anonymous setup. Shared city or county domains may receive a short manual review.
What happens after 30 days?
Continue Skylar AI with the base package at $0.60 per EMS call, including EMS, ERG, Routing, Events, and conversation analytics. If the department does not continue AI, the account proceeds as Protocol Only: protocols, locations, contacts, CPR references, offline materials, and the manual training builder remain available at no cost. AI chat and the AI quiz builder are not included in Protocol Only.
Can we keep the AI?
Yes. The AI base package is $0.60 per EMS call. Contact the 912 Dynamics team during your trial to arrange continued AI access or discuss an enterprise agreement.
