He’s the CEO of 912 Dynamics and started out at Texas A&M before becoming a firefighter and paramedic. Those years on the job taught him to be tough, practical, and focused on solving real problems. That experience drives the company’s mission: give first responders better tech to make faster, smarter decisions in emergencies.
He leads by serving his team, keeps work enjoyable, and pushes for constant improvement. Under his leadership the company is building projects like Project Skylar to make paramedics’ work easier and safer. Above all, he’s driven by a desire to create tools that genuinely help people in critical moments.

He studied aerospace engineering at Texas A&M and later developed a strong interest in data analytics. That blend of engineering and data shaped how he approaches technology at 912 Dynamics. He moved from designing aerospace systems to using data to solve practical problems — especially those that matter in emergency response. At 912 Dynamics he helps guide the development and rollout of tools that give first responders better information, faster. His aerospace background makes it easier to tackle complex systems and build reliable technology for high-pressure situations.

With nine years of experience as a paramedic, Brennan is deeply committed to improving patient outcomes through clinical excellence, education, and high-quality emergency care. His career began in the fire service, where he spent nearly a decade advancing to the role of EMS Captain.
Driven by a passion for critical care medicine, he later transitioned to aviation medicine as a flight paramedic on a fixed-wing aircraft, providing advanced care to critically ill and injured patients during transport. He currently works in private EMS, managing a broad spectrum of emergencies ranging from high-acuity critical care and 911 responses to inter-facility medical transports.
He holds multiple certifications, including Licensed Paramedic and EMS Instructor through the Texas Department of State Health Services, Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) and Critical Care Paramedic-Certified (CCP-C) through the International Board of Specialty Certification, and Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) credentials. He also earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Paramedicine.

Kenneth Rose is a seasoned healthcare executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience, including over ten years in C-suite roles and seven years as a President and CEO. He most recently served as President and CEO within The UChicago Medicine AdventHealth System, where he led multi-site hospital operations, improved financial performance, and drove strategic growth initiatives. Prior to that, Rose served as President and CEO of Texas Health Hospital Mansfield, where he successfully led the development, construction, and opening of the greenfield hospital, bringing together clinical, operational, and community stakeholders to deliver a high-performing care environment from the ground up. He has deep expertise in clinical program development, physician alignment, and operational transformation across complex healthcare environments. He is passionate about advancing innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology, with a particular focus on scaling high-impact solutions that improve patient outcomes and system performance. Rose currently provides strategic consulting and advisory services to healthcare and growth-stage companies, serves on multiple boards and advisory groups, and is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
